Requirements: * Weld and grind efficiently * Be self-motivated * Be able to place and set heavy loads * Use welding equipment efficiently and safely. * Be able to withstand heat and outside work * Be able to withstand some heights * Work in a team environment * Ability to handle physical workload * Familiarity with welding tools and procedures ​Preferences will be made to applicants with: * Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields * Experience in structural steel fabrication & erection and metal building installation * Knowledge of structural steel materials and machinery * Certified welders in SMAW and GMAW * Certified Forklift operators * Also hiring general laborers Company Description Wildcat Steel and Fabricating, LLC is a veteran owned business that specializes in steel fabrication and erection, as well as Pre-Engineered Metal Building Installation.
